These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the sending and receiving of text messages between skAIT (operated by XSource Information Technologies) and individuals who have opted in to receive SMS communications.
skAIT sends SMS messages to opted-in users for the following purposes:

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification settings. You may receive multiple messages per day during active support interactions, or none at all during quiet periods.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for text messages apply based on your mobile plan. skAIT does not charge additional fees for SMS messages.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent, except as required by law.

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are used solely to send the specific message types you consented to. We will not share, sell, lease, or transfer your mobile number or SMS consent data to any third party for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
SMS messaging is available through major U.S. carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed for all carriers or devices. skAIT is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued use of our SMS service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or SMS.
